Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Nicotine pouches (if opened or tampered with)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Any perishable, intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made after 30 days but within a reasonable window
  • Sale items (at our discretion)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected].


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
