Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed or mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total.For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
